When your order and payment is approved on-line, the money is collected by the restaurant directly. Therefore, all requests for refunds must be initiated with the restaurant by calling the number listed in your email for order confirmation. Food On The Way only processes the money from the Customer on behalf of the restaurant. The restaurant subscribes to this service and has an agreement with Food On The Way that authorizes us to process your credit card. Any problems or inquiries regarding the order must be received by the restaurant within 24 hours of placing the order.
